Labors of love.

A wall dividing the main living space in this bungalow was replaced by a 22ft. LVL beam making way for an updated open concept and a fresh start for this beautiful family.
In this space, a creative blend of quality materials were layered creating a luxurious and clean feel. The result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its surroundings.
A worldly design scheme was created to reflect this well-traveled couple’s style while maintaining a luxe hotel-like aesthetic. The custom black-out drapes we’re constructed of an atlas inspired motif and installed along with matching and complimentary pillows, area rug, accent chair, and artwork including a custom framed print. A room that encourages those in their quest for calm.
FUN-CTIONAL FAMILY ROOM
This basement family room got a comfort and functionality upgrade to suit the growing family's needs. We segmented the space functionally by adding a reading corner, a desk work space, and rounded out the TV area.
The owners of this space sought to retain the existing cabinets but update its feel and replace the vinyl flooring. This was done by installing a classic back splash, replacing the cabinetry hardware, and installing brushed oak hardwood floors which dramatically transformed the space.
DINING SUITE MAKEOVER
After we renovated the main level of this beautiful bungalow we decided that the existing furniture now required the same TLC. The china cabinet had belonged to the homeowner's mom. The table was one the homeowners purchased with their wedding money. Sentimental and good quality. So i took to refinishing them to suite the refreshed space.
This tiny but hardworking secondary bathroom got a complete re-do when we replaced a cramped shower stall with a full sized tub/shower, flodded the room with light, and upped the luxe to give the space a hotel feel.
SERENE VIBES ONLY
When we were nearly wrapping up #projectnasonworth the sweet homeowner asked if there was any way I could just "take care of everything" when it came to her bedroom. And of course - I was game!
She had a mattress, bed frame, and an image of a window treatment that inspired her.
From that was born this cheerful and tranquil haven. Sweet dreams.
